Gliffix prints for the Pluto appeal

This week we have had the exciting opportunity of working with a unique charity that aims to improve the lives of thousands of children through the innovative use of technology, specifically a robot named pluto.

Pluto will be the first robot dedicated to paediatric surgery in the South of England.  Using the most advanced technology available today, the da Vinci Surgical System enables surgeons to perform delicate and complex operations through a few tiny incisions with increased vision, precision, dexterity and control
The only other robot in England can be found at Leeds Children's Hospital. The USA benefits from over 300 children's surgical robots in comparison to only one in the UK.
We have teamed up with the Pluto Appeal to create 35 bespoke polo's that will be worn by the appeal staff at the launch of the appeal on Wednesday 29th June 2011. The charity appeal launch at the altitude 360 black in the Millbank Tower, will be hosted by Jason Bradbury (The Gadget Show) who will be also auctioning exclusive high tech gadgets on the day.

The pluto donations website is live and we would encourage all to support this worthy cause.
